This is the steadiest source. Payments come per system or per ton, and often run through the installer.
The federal tax credit
Ended
It has ended for any heat pump put in after 31 December 2025. If your install was in 2025, you can still claim it.

Income up to 200% of the poverty level
Households under the income limit get insulation and air sealing at no cost.
